Jo Hanlon, Principal / Director

Following her passion for seeing people grow to their full potential, Jo works with Business Owners and SMEs to strengthen the connections between their goals, their People, their Productivity, their Passion and use of efficient Processes to achieve success.

Jo previously worked in a variety of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Planning and Management roles for small, medium and large multinational manufacturing, sales and service companies and whilst working, she completed her Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 2004. Jo’s years of experience and involvement in day to day leadership and management of staff, have provided her with a deep understanding of many key aspects of HR, business principles and people management at both the strategic and functional level, and together with her coaching clients has successfully achieved a number of excellent People related outcomes.

Jo’s passion is working with SMEs and their People, making workplaces somewhere that Employers and Employees alike enjoy coming to work in. She assists them in developing People Management & Leadership skills, become IR compliant and manage their People risk, improve Productivity through aligning KPIS to business goals, and improve team dynamics through an improved understanding and appreciation of each person’s diversity.

Jo is accredited in the use of a wide variety of assessment, resource and business planning tools & processes. Jo is a certified member of HR Coach which is an Australian owned and operated network of over 80 HR Coaches across the Asia Pac region, an active networker, a member of the NSW Business Chamber, Ryde Business Forum, and a past President of the Tiger City BNI.

Kerry is an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Professional with extensive administration, and business experience with over 16 years in Generalist HR Management and the Training and Development function, gained within in the Medical Products (High Tech), Insurance,  Recruitment , Legal and Accounting Professions. Her career also includes successful HR and T&D department start up and change management experience in business takeover and merger situations.
